ItzCash Looking for Buyout Engine with Ebix Support

With its recent acquisition by US-based software firm Ebix Inc, ItzCash Card Ltd is now all set to invest in inorganic opportunities to expand its business. Lending Platform Loanmeet Raises Seed Funding

LoanMeet, an online peer-to-peer lending platform which is operated by Strivers Solutions Pvt. Ltd has raised a disclosed amount of fund in its seed round funding from a number of investors. The fund round was participated by many big names including Madhusudan E – CEO and co-founder, Huang Wei and Cao Yibin – Chinese entrepreneur-turned-investors.

iVOOMi to Invest $38 Million in Indian Market

iVOOMi, a Hong Kong-based electronics major is going to invest $38 million in the Indian market to strengthen its foothold in the market by performing business alliances with retail and technology companies.This is also one of the latest Indian Startup news in market. iVOOMi CEO Ashwin Bhandari said the investment has been planned in two phases, in the first phase we will invest in futuristic technologies whereas the second phase which is going to set in 2018-19 we will focus on setting up R&D facilities and marketing activities.

OYO and Idea Money Starts Business Relationship

With the business partnership between Idea Money and OYO, in future Idea Money customers with no or limited internet access will be able to book hotels with OYO at their nearest Idea Money Retail store. The partnership will allow users to book OYO rooms across 200 cities in India. Idea retailers will enable OYO to extend its service offerings to Tier 3 and Tier 4 markets.

Acer India, Tally Solutions, and CAIT Collaborate to Launch BizGuru

Acer India, CAIT & Tally Solutions has formed a business alliance to launch BizGuru which will be a one-stop plug and play business solution for all GST compliance and accounting needs. BizGuru will come with Acer’s PC products and pre-installed Tally.ERP 9. The whole project is supported by CAIT, who has been helping Indian traders to develop and embrace new technology for the last decade.

PoS Android App Launched by DJUBO

The cloud technology solution provider for restaurants, hotels and food outlets – DJUBO has launched POS app to increase its adoption within hotel’s operations. The app is completely GST ready and comes with integrated options for service charge and customer tax options.
